These terms apply to all NationalPay services including Mobile/DTH Recharge, BBPS Bill Payment, AEPS and other digital services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of NationalPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Registration & Account
- You may be required to create an account to use certain services.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information while registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
- All activities carried out using your account will be treated as your own responsibility.
3. Services Offered
NationalPay provides digital payment and utility services, including but not limited to:
- Mobile / DTH / Data Card Recharge
- BBPS Bill Payments (electricity, water, gas, broadband, FASTag, EMI, etc.)
- AEPS services like cash withdrawal, balance enquiry, mini statement (where enabled)
- Other related digital and wallet services as may be introduced from time to time
4. Transactions & Payments
- You agree to use valid payment methods owned or authorized by you.
- Once a recharge or bill payment is successfully processed, it is generally non-refundable.
- In case of failed transaction with amount debited, reversal/refund will be done as per bank/gateway rules.
- NationalPay may charge convenience or service fees for certain transactions as per displayed pricing.
5. AEPS & KYC
- For AEPS services, Aadhaar, bank name and biometric details may be required.
- You confirm that you have proper consent from the customer before processing any AEPS transaction.
- KYC documents and details provided must be genuine. Fake or forged details may lead to account suspension or termination.
6. User Obligations
- You shall not use NationalPay services for any unlawful, fraudulent or suspicious activities.
- You shall not attempt to hack, modify or disrupt the website, app or services.
- You shall not misuse any third party data or account details.
- You agree to follow all applicable laws, rules and regulations while using the services.
7. Limitation of Liability
NationalPay provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we try to maintain accurate and uninterrupted services, we are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage.
- Any interruption, delay or failure due to network issues, bank/BBPS/AEPS partner downtime or technical errors.
- Any loss arising from incorrect details provided by you or the end customer.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, text, graphics and software used on the NationalPay platform are owned by or licensed to NationalPay. You shall not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any content without prior written permission.
9. Suspension & Termination
- NationalPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of any suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions or legal requirements may also result in immediate termination.
10. Changes to Terms
NationalPay may modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website, and continued use of the services will be treated as acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City / State].
